Started a barb. Found a good chant game and got to level 18 and into a4. Then lost chant and got bored.

Does WW work like it used to in classic?

still works the same tho after nm is hard to kill much without chant. I started a barb lvl 18 once i figure out wtf is up with the new patch and why it is locking up my comp ill being playing more.

In order for this game to not be completely boring, you have to A) have people to play with (soloing sucks without enchant) and B) have a character that can kill stuff.

I got my barb to 18 and into a4 with the help of enchant but I've not been able to find anyone to play with on the past three times I tried to play. I tried playing by myself but I dumped too many points into vit to have enough str/dex to use anything decent (not like I can find anything decent, anyway).

Maybe we can get nightly sessions going? The best time for me to play is around 10pm until 2+ am EST. Maybe I'll start an enchantress, or better yet, maybe we could make a community acct with an enchantress that everyone could access?

Yeah. I'm pretty sure back then it was 1 summon per point. So people were running around with 50 summons. Revives were less useful since they were always disappearing and the skeletons were sufficient enough.

I'm up to 27 or so with my barb and in NM a1. Am I going to be able to kill shit with WW? If not, please let me know so I can stop wasting my time and start an orb sorc.

with chant easily....without well ok in nm, good luck in hell. I am making an MF barb for hell flayers using snap sigs angels and 3ptopaz helm..ok resist, good mf and kills flayers pretty easily got to watch out for the lightning dudes though.

I found a series of pub Cow games and got my barb to 37 this morning. I need to commit to a weapon type... I guess. I've got like 17 points saved with 1 in WW (and all prereqs), Nat Res, Inc Speed, Shout, Battle Command, and 18 in BO. Put one point in Zerk, right? Does anyone have a weapon that they'd donate to me to use?

Honestly, i would also go axe or hammer. Swords require alot of dex which is pointless, they have same range as axe and have less dmg. But fun factor... it would be pretty cool to make an pole barb.
